Spiritual direction

Flourish

A quiet, prayerful space to listen for what is rising in your soul — and to walk with it well.

Spiritual direction with Dinah Lee. An unhurried hour, once a month, to notice where God is already at work in your life — and to discern, together, the next faithful step.

First conversation is offered without charge — a chance to meet and discern whether to walk together.

What to expect

An hour of attentive listening.

Spiritual direction isn't counseling, coaching, or advice. It's the slow, prayerful practice of noticing — together — where the Spirit is already moving in your life, and gently asking what that movement might be inviting.

We meet for sixty minutes, roughly once a month. Most sessions begin with a small grounding silence and a short prayer, then move into conversation — wherever your life and the Spirit want to take it.

I mostly listen. Sometimes I'll reflect back what I'm hearing, or ask a question that helps you stay with something tender or surprising. The work is yours; my role is to make a little more room for what's already there.

A delicate watercolor of an unfurling fern frond — the slow, patient unfolding that spiritual direction attends to.
“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.”

John 15:4

Offerings

A few ways to begin.

Most people start with a single free conversation, then settle into one of these rhythms. We can adjust to fit your season.

Monthly direction

Ongoing · once a month

The classic rhythm. One sixty-minute conversation per month — a steady, held space across whatever your life is becoming. Most directees stay for a year or two; some longer.

Best for

Those settled into the rhythm or wanting to begin one. A patient cadence for the long work of noticing.

Discernment series

3 to 5 focused sessions

For a specific question, decision, or threshold. We meet weekly or biweekly until clarity comes — about a vocation, a relationship, a faith shift, a calling to lean into or release.

Best for

A particular question pressing on you now. You don't need an answer to start — only the willingness to listen.

About Dinah

Hello — I'm Dinah.

I'm a spiritual director with a heart for helping others rest in Jesus and listen for His voice — especially those serving in ministry or on the mission field.

My background is in education and ministry. After years as a gifted education teacher and then in cross-cultural ministry overseas — including church planting among unreached people groups — I completed a two-year certification in spiritual direction through Sustainable Faith.

I see directees online (from anywhere) and, when fitting, in person in the Atlanta area.

There is a bench waiting.

No need to have it all figured out. Just bring what is there.

The first conversation is offered without charge. About forty-five minutes, by phone or video — a chance to meet, to share what is drawing you here, and to discern together whether to walk forward.
